Kites – much like our dreams – require us to be steadfast in our determination, to hold firm and make constant readjustments until our efforts bear fruit in a single rewarding moment. Not everyday will you find the ideal weather conditions for the perfect take off and not everyday can you maintain the same level of enthusiasm or find the confidence needed to reach your target. This is an art that can only be mastered through constant practice, dogged perseverance and an instant adaptability to the conditions around you.
Our kite flying camps out in the wide open expanse near the campus help guests understand the fundamentals of kite flying, honing the skills required to fly kites with confidence. From demonstrating the best practices for a perfect take off to maintaining sufficient height and even letting it soar on its own while you sit back and relax, this day-long camp will give you practical exposure to all aspects of kite flying.
